Laundry Restoration Services
Family Laundry offers competitively priced laundry restoration services for clothing, bedding and other household items damaged from exposure to water, smoke and mildew. For everyday laundry cleaning, see our normal residential wash-dry-fold prices.
Payment Methods: Cash and Company checks. We accept insurance claims and will invoice restoration service companies. Payment is due upon pick-up of cleaned items, and pick-up must be made within three (3) days of notice that items are ready for pick-up.
Restoration (Clothing) Wash-Dry-Fold Prices:
Includes Basic Clothing, Bedding and small Household Items:
Single Wash: $1.00 per pound, $10.00 minimum charge.
Double Wash: $1.50 per pound, $15.00 minimum charge.
Restoration (Towels and Rugs) Wash-Dry-Fold Prices:
Includes bulk of loads of towels and household rugs.
Single Wash: $1.40 per pound, $14.00 minimum charge.
Double Wash: $1.90 per pound, $19.00 minimum charge.
Restoration (Comforters, Blankets, Pillows, Sleeping Bags) Wash-Dry-Fold Prices:
Includes Large Bulky Bedding Items such as Comforters, Blankets, Pillows, Sleeping Bags.
King Size: Single Wash: $15.00 each item, Double Wash: $23.00 each item.
Queen Size: Single Wash: $13.00 each item, Double Wash: $20.00 each item.
Twin/Full Size: Single Wash: $10.00 each item, Double Wash: $17.00 each item.
Notices:
Pricing and Quote Preparation Fee: $75.00 per job. This fee is waived if all services priced and quoted are performed by Family Laundry.
Special Chemical Processing Fee: quoted per job. If requested by Customer to use a special chemical for removal of odors, stains or soot, Family Laundry will use such product and charge a nominal fee to cover such expense.
All Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Family Laundry cannot guarantee restoration of items which cannot be cleaned or restored to original or new condition. Therefore, Payment is due if services are rendered.
PRICES are subject to change without notice. We honor all existing price agreements.
